The cost for shipping and handling is calculated based on the artwork's dimensions. Our NavKala Warehouse dispatches artworks globally. For international shipping rates that are both competitive and affordable, please contact us.

International customers will be provided with a shipping quote for approval before their order is processed and dispatched. International orders proceed only after the shipping fee has been accepted.

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of receipt and will send you the tracking information as soon as it's available.

TAX, CUSTOMS, AND DUTIES

The prices listed on our website do not include sales tax. Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within California.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable local customs, duties, and taxes. We recommend inquiring about possible international shipping duties and taxes.

RETURN POLICY

Should your art piece arrive damaged, we offer a full refund to your original payment method. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to qualify for a refund.

Returns must be in their original packaging and include all certificates or items that were included at the time of purchase. Refunds are issued in USD and will reflect the current exchange rate.
